Moruya District Hospital Auxiliary, a branch of the United Hospital Auxiliaries of NSW Incorporated.

"Let us hold high the lamp of service for the welfare of our hospitals"

Our membership comprises a group of 50 volunteers of all ages who work to raise funds which are used to purchase equipment for the Moruya District Hospital.

The Moruya District Hospital Auxiliary are active within the Eurobodalla Shire areas of Mogo, Tomakin, Broulee, Moruya, South Head, Tuross Head, Bodalla, Narooma and Tilba.

United Hospital Auxiliaries of NSW Incorporated are a registered charity and donations over $2 are tax deductable.

We have an active team of volunteers who organise raffles, dance nights, fetes, street stalls, a kiosk at the Moruya District Hospital, garage sales and theatre parties.  Many of our members specialise in craft items which we sell at our stalls.  Others enjoy making cakes, slices, jams and pickles which are also very popular sellers at stalls and markets.

In the financial year ending 30th June 2010 with the  funds we have raised and the donations of a generous community we have been able to gift equipment to the value of $347989.76 to the Moruya District Hospital.

New members are always welcome to attend our meetings and get involved in our activities.  Membership is $5 per financial year.
